Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Make Me Strong collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. We collect only what we need to run the Service and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

Account: your name and email address (via Google sign-in or email link).
Profile: height, weight, training goal, experience, equipment, and any injuries or limitations you enter.
Training data: generated plans, the items you tick off, weekly reports, and weight history.
Physique summaries: short text descriptions generated from photos you choose to share (the photos themselves are not kept — see below).

How your photos are handled

When you share a body photo for a plan or weekly check-in, it is sent to a third-party AI vision provider to produce a short text summary, processed in the moment, and not stored by us — only the text summary is kept.

Separately, you can opt in to a private album. Photos there are encrypted on your device before upload using a key derived from your passkey and recovery key. We store only the encrypted data and never receive the key, so only you can view those photos — we cannot.

How we use it

To generate and adapt your weekly training plans and reports.
To sign you in and send training reminder emails.
To show your progress (e.g. your weight trend).

Who it's shared with

We use a small number of processors to provide the Service:

Google — sign-in (if you choose it).
DeepSeek — generates training plans and reports from your profile and progress text.
An AI vision provider (e.g. Google Gemini / Anthropic / OpenAI) — generates the text summary from shared photos.
Brevo — sends sign-in and reminder emails.
Cloudflare — routes traffic to the app.

We share only what each provider needs for its task, and we don't sell your personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask to access or delete your account and associated data at any time — deleting your account removes your profile, training data, summaries, and any stored encrypted photos. Contact us to make a request.

Security

Data is held on a private server behind encrypted connections. Private-album photos are end-to-end encrypted with keys only you control. No system is perfectly secure, but we aim to protect your data with reasonable measures.
